How Tinizen Works

Below is how the product is positioned, in three steps. These are the manufacturer's goals for the formula, not proven effects, and we have not independently verified them.

Three step infographic: take daily, active support, feel the difference

Take daily

1 to 2 droppers as directed, ideally in the morning.

Ingredient support

Antioxidant grape and green tea plus amino acids and ginseng are included for ear and nervous-system wellness.

Consistency

Any effect from a supplement, if present, is gradual and varies by person.

What We Don't Claim

Some sales material says this type of formula can eliminate ringing in the ears, restore hearing or regenerate inner-ear cells. We do not make those claims. We found no published trial of this formula, and general research on individual ingredients does not show that this blend will produce those results.

Caffeine and Interactions

Green tea extract contains caffeine. L-tryptophan relates to serotonin, so ask your clinician if you take mood-related medication. Panax ginseng can interact with some medicines. Check with a professional if you take blood pressure, diabetes or circulation medication.

The Bigger Picture

Our ingredient article explains how modest the ear-specific evidence is.
